Dantherm Filtration, Inc., a leader in industrial air pollution control is seeking an individual with 10-15 yrs experience in the Foundry and/or Primary Steel industries, 5 yrs experience in total project responsibility, and a BS or advanced Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Overall responsibility consists of total execution and management of industrial air pollution control projects up to 5M USD. Scope of duty is from proposal stage to final system commissioning.
The compensation is a combination of salary and bonus with full benefits. Relocation to Triad area, NC facility a requirement.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide active leadership of project processes.
- Development and management of supply chain.
- Support sales team in preparation and presentation of proposals.

- Expert knowledge of industrial ventilation design on non-standard air applications.
- General knowledge of electrical motor controls and PLC technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD Software.
- Solid understanding of project controls with strong design and construction interface skills.
- Strong communication skills required with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, contractors, and other consultants.
- Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Provide leadership to project team and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Knowledge of legal processes during project execution, site supervision and enforcement/application of those legal requirements.
