TRG has recently been engaged by a well established and leading environmental contractor specializing in asbestos remediation and lead abatement, among other areas of environmental contracting to uncover a talented SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR.
The right candidate will be:
- very safety & quality conscious
- able to wear multiple hats in project management and estimating
- able to get involved with sales aspects
- well versed with local Baltimore market
This individual will have P&L responsibility for all of their projects and should be comfortable with a high degree of client interaction, with excellent communications skills and professionalism.
Projects are geared towards commercial, federal, and industrial. The organization is open to those coming from a general contracting background. Asbestos expertise or hazardous material clean up would be a huge plus.
