Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc., has an immediate opening for a senior Project Manager with strong EBP skills and a background in HealthCare.

This person will be responsible for following the mandates of the total lifecycle functional Process Management and Redesign Director along with performing high level Project Management responsibilities across the entire Business Line. 

The candidate will have overall responsibility to work with the end user customer for “soup to nuts” implementation of the new Healthcare Business System.  They will then be in charge of executing continuous improvement methodologies (i.e. Kaizen) to further enhance process improvements. 

This position will require approximately 50% of time spent in traveling.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years experience in Information Technology


• PMP Certification


• 5 to 7 years experience in Healthcare Implementation Consultancy


• 3+ years experience with EBPM or BPM


• Healthcare experience is a must


• Kaizen is a plus


• Healthcare system implementation experience is a must




• Must know how to implement change


• People person with focus on continuous improvement


• As an Enterprise Business Process Manager the candidate will deal with defining and managing what is done on a project, including tasks completed, deliverables produced, roles performed, and tools used.


• As a Project Manager the candidate will deal with the functional process manager to track the process being executed, from a schedule and cost perspective. It includes functions for developing the optimal project schedule, producing a financial model of the project, scheduling and tracking of effort against plan, managing costs against budget, and reporting of status.


• Training of end user customers


• Continuous Process Improvement mentality
