Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Follow project management principles to insure the project goals for time, cost, and quality are met or exceeded.

·         Manage the material, equipment, labor and services process to successfully complete projects.

·         Prepare meeting agendas, conduct meetings and conference calls, produce project schedules, update project team progress reports, perform weekly WIP (work in progress) reports and monitor/ control costs.

·         Identify and develop electrical construction opportunities that meet A&E’s minimum standards.

·         Work with Project Manager(s) to gather pertinent information in order to supply firm bids for potential jobs.

·         Oversee team tracking all projectsintended for bidding and ensure team is updating project information on an on-going basis.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and project groups.

·         Always strive to strengthen and improve customer relationships, and track progress on a monthly basis.

·         Review and understand weekly labor report, projects and influence field labor and make changes where necessary.

·         Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA

·         Other duties as assigned .

Job Requirements

·         6-8 yrs of low voltage and/or electrical project experience .

·         Low Voltage experience (Voice, Data, CCTV, OSP, etc)   - Preferred or required

·         Estimating experience, Accubid preferred

·         RCDD is preferred.

·         Ability to function effectively and efficiently as a member of a team. 

·         Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

·         Highly detail oriented 

·         Must be computer literate with experience Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work independently as well as team environment

·         Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
