We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in the design of levees, flood control structures and pump stations to be responsible for leading design teams for large complex civil works projects in the New Orleans and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients responsible for preparing designs, managing multi-discipline projects teams, reviewing submittals, performing construction site visits and for maintaining and keeping design projects on time and on budget.. Responsibilities will also include preparing responses to Request for Qualifications and Proposals to perform civil works designs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 15 + years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager with a portfolio of completed projects including federal contracts and/or work with USACE.
- Experience with levees, floodwalls, flood gates, large drainage pump stations, and flood control required.
- Louisiana PE license required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain professional candor at all times, including professional negotiation skills.
- Must be able to complete the work under budget with thorough job cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Project.
- Successfully manage multiple projects and delegating assignments.
