Senior Project Manager -Labpas

About the Job

Operates at the highest level to manage specific LabPas implementation projects. Works closely with the customers and LabPas Client Services.  Establishes and maintains effective communication with executives and managers to ensure proper sensitivity to project needs and to assure success of LabPas implementation projects. Works closely with customers and internal departments to develop an efficient and effective implementation process for LabPas.  Assures the LabPas implementation process for customers exceeds their expectations.

 
  • Ensure that assigned Customer Implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and satisfy customer requirements.
  • Primary responsibility for developing and updating of the LabPas implementation procedures used by Project Manager and LabPas Client Services.
  • Advise, review information, and support Labpas sales process as needed.
  • Advise, review information, and support the LabPas Product Manager, and the LabPas Client Services and Development departments
  • Work with LabPas Client Services department to order services needed for LabPas implementation projects.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors relating to the implementation process.

 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.  PMP Certification and MBA a plus!
  • 5 + years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software vendor
  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of computer systems and software application implementation (web and/or client server) including knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with enterprise software (preferably relating to healthcare, quality, and/or business critical processes)
  • Experience with leading a mixed customer and internal team to project success.
  • Experience in setting up clear project goals both with customer and with internal team. 
  • Prefer experience working with complex organizational structures to achieve end-user adoption of enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results.
  • Willing to travel up to 20-25 %, both domestic and international
