Senior Project Mananger and Superintendent
About the Job
Senior Project Manager and Superintendent with heavy civil project experience. Candidate should have proven track record of successful project management in projects upto $50 million. Project types include land development, site grading, heavy highway work, extensive infrastructure with water, sewer and storm sewer installations; deep excavations, dewatering and large diameter pipeline helpful, new sub-divisions, crushing, paving, concrete work, etc. 10-15 years experience minimum. Travel required. Proj. Mgr. should know all phases of field operations and be able to manage with respect to schedules, submittals, correspondence, safety, budget tracking, etc. Senior Superintendent should have proven field experience and know all phases with "hands on" knowledge and management for all similar work descriptions above. Management of upto 50 employee on single projects. Experience with Heavy Bid for both positions is a plus. Employer is looking for one Senior Proj. Mgr. and one Senior Supt.
