The Senior Proposal Specialist will be a key member of our fast-paced integrated AEC firm’s marketing and business development team. This person will plan and develop multiple, simultaneous proposal documents for 13 offices, 4 brands and 15 market sectors under tight schedule restraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of proposal preparation, revision and submission, including initial kickoff meeting, leading proposal team activities, facilitating the approval process for proposals, and ensuring successful delivery of all assigned proposals


• Serve as central point of contact with all proposals, while working with a team to complete the final product


• Coordinate internal reviews with upper management


• Track and report the status of all proposal elements to the business development team


• Develop standard proposal-ready (boilerplate) content for use in future proposal efforts


• Write and edit corporate information, resumes and past performance descriptions

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field


• Directly related experience and demonstrated in-depth understanding of the proposal and RFP process for the A/E/C industry


• Proofreading and editing experience


• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe InDesign
