Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - West Valley City, UT or Eden Prairie, MN Position Description: This person will be working on a day-to-day basis as a liaison between business users in the sales and marketing organization and quality assurance technical teams, and will be focused around usability and quality on MS Project Server, MS SharePoint, SalesForce.com, etc. This person will gather requirements with the business users, with a focus on quality assurance, as well as being responsible for interfacing with QA teams in order to scale, integrate, and improve tools for the sales and marketing organization. This person will communicate changes to both the business and QA teams, and as such, must be able to communicate effectively to both a sales force and technical teams. Qualifications: Requirements: - 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
- 3+ years experience with a Quality Assurance Tool (Mercury Test Director, HP tools, etc.)
- Experience with sales force automation and/or CRM tools
Assets: - Experience with Scrum or Agile Methodology
- Experience supporting a sales and marketing organization
- Understanding of sales methodologies
