We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Scientist to join our Quality Assurance team. At Promega, QA Scientists are part of new product development, specification development, change management and review/release of products, literature content and control.  This position has extensive involvement across the organization with areas such as R&D, Manufacturing and Marketing regarding product or process improvements, product development and commercialization, and Custom Order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have: 

·         Ph.D., M.S. or B.S. with experience in Genomics, Protein Analysis or Cellular Analysis plus 4 years of industry experience

·         Experience in an IVD regulated environment

·         A demonstrated track record of process improvements and effective procedure writing and revision.

·         Ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.

·         Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills.

·         Able to develop concise, clear and accurate written communication.

·         Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
