Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, Update Review best practices, guidelines based on established standards for Functional, System, Performance, Regression Testing
  
• Review Test Management Process and Recommend improvements
  
• Review Test Environments for consistency with production environment
  
• Review test performance vs. expectations and identify issues
  
• Develop, Update and Review Development/Implementation best practices, guidelines based on established standards for Release and Deployment
  
• Review and Recommend Updates to end to end release process
  
• Verify service release based on service design specification
  
• Review Release Control Process
  
• Review Release Notes, Release Configuration
  
• Review and Validate version control process and recommend Improvements
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience
  
• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology discipline
  
• US Citizen
  
• ITIL v3 Certification
  
  
  

 Desired:

• Master’s degree in an Information Technology discipline
