Senior Recruiter, Employment Agency Contract Division
Responsibilities:

Proactively source, schedule, interview qualified candidates

Ability to use creative sourcing techniques

Draft and post job descriptions via web and other resources

Resume mining
-
Manage, update and maintain candidate database
-
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
-
Maintain and increase candidate pool according to goals
-
Ability to effectively negotiate pay rates with candidate to close deals
-
Build relationships, coach, develop and manage qualified candidates and employees on assignment
-
Conduct reference checks
-
Effectively communicate a marketable presentation of a qualified candidate for submittal purposes to account managers
-
Must have: Closing skills, Ability and confidence in Lead Generation techniques and prospecting techniques

Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Recruiting is a sales role, so be prepared to sell.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree – 2-3 years of experience (preferably who has worked in an agency with experience running a full cycle desk)

Excellent verbal and written skills – with customer services oriented approach

Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities

Ability to adapt to change and an eagerness to learn & be coached
