This is an exciting opportunity to join an international leader in the design and manufacture of pumps, systems and accessories for residential, municipal and commercial applications including water, wells, HVAC systems, pressure boosters, boiler controls and fire protection. ITT's brands serving Residential and Commercial Water markets include Goulds Pumps, Lowara, Bell & Gossett, McDonnell & Miller, Vogel, A-C Fire Pump and Flowtronex.

ITT Residential & Commercial Water is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the
US Recruiting function. This position will be located in its Morton Grove, IL headquarters. This individual will be responsible for centralizing and performing all aspects of recruitment activities for five+ US locations. Duties include but are not limited to developing and implementing recruiting processes, posting positions on-line, sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, drafting final offer letters, and tracking candidates for affirmative action purposes. The Recruiter will be responsible for working collaboratively with HR Representatives as well as hiring managers in a fast paced environment.
The successful applicant will have 8 or more years of recruiting experience, be a self-starter with superior interpersonal communication and writing skills, have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work on several recruitment assignments at one time, and be detail-oriented. The candidate must also be proficient in MS Excel and in using on-line recruitment tools with Kenexa RMS experience a strong plus. Experience in the industrial arena is strongly preferred. Professional experience in Human Resources is also desired.
