Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science/Arts degree in Business Administration or related study; master degree preferred


• Five years minimum experience managing a retail store; home décor and accessories experience preferred
  
• Profit and loss experience
  
• Proven analytical ability utilizing information technologies in managing the business to translate into strategic plans.
  
• Proven history of managing a team, improving team’s sales and productivity
  
• Bilingual Chinese / English

Duties:

• Analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic conditions to anticipate consumer buying patterns and determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed.


• Examine, select, order, and purchase at the most favorable price merchandise consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors.
  
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or  in Performing services for customers
  
• Reviews, and acts upon all financial opportunities including expense management, margin enhancements, and sales drivers
  
• Benchmark, communicate and track sales program execution on building a more profitable operation
  
• Coordinate a relationship with marketing and community focused events that build sales and support our communities to the Market Manager
