Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst

Requirements
This position requires a seasoned SD analyst for a Business Systems Analyst position in the Bose Corporate Information Systems group. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting existing SAP ECC 5.0 Order to Cash footprint/environment
  • Configure solutions based on the SAP SD and related modules, such as LE, WM, SM and GTS.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and business process
  • Developing deep understanding of system design and how it supports Bose business processes
  • Working on special projects to implement solutions to requests submitted by business users (project estimation, design, develop, implement, support new SAP functionality as required)
  • Working on escalated production support issues submitted by business users and escalated by the tier 1 support team
  • Support future rollout of global SAP projects as needed

    Skills
  • Strictly require individuals to have a minimum 3 years experience with SAP SD configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to customize SAP via the IMG workbench and leveraging other SAP tools.
  • Develop clear and complete functional specifications and test plans for ABAP programming development.
  • Demonstrated desire to stay current on SAP technology and learn new SAP modules.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and professional skills are required.
  • Ability to translate business processes and business requirements into system enhancements; ability to analyze processes for possible future systems improvement; ability to suggest alternative solutions.
  • Ability to manage small and medium size system enhancement projects; interface with internal customers to identify areas for systems improvement. Define controls, conversion procedures, and systems implementation plans.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate major SAP business requirements of varying complexity, requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the SAP system.
  • Ability to act independently and under very general direction, to define, lead, implement, and document SAP system changes in support of business process solutions.
  • Experience working within and customizing the SAP Warehouse Management, Service Management, Logistics Execution and/or Global Trade modules.

    Education
    Bachelor's degree required.
