On behalf of a fast-growing, publicly traded Washington-based firm we are currently searching for an experienced, top-notch SQL Developer with a strong desire to work with the latest and greatest Microsoft technologies.Our client has an in-house development organization that delivers cutting edge and highly complex enterprise applications.As an internationally recognized leader in providing subscription based software and data that is constantly being updated and upgraded, the organization has become one of the most advanced users of Microsoft tools in the U.S.The development teams are extremely bright and collaborative, and enjoy the challenge of keeping the company on the technical forefront to maximize the efficiency and productivity of web-based applications that are the lifeblood of the company.
The technical standards within this organization are extremely high.As a result team members are advancing and improving their skills constantly through exposure to new MS tools. The core technical requirements are outlined below, along with a secondary list of skills that represent some of the advanced technologies team members work with and are expected to have at least some limited exposure to.
Candidates must be highly skilled in the following:
SQL Server 2005
T-SQL (extensive stored procedure, function and trigger development)
SSIS
Performance Tuning
Experience with Schema Design and modeling tools
Enterprise grade, highly scalable application development

C# experience (.NET 3.5)
Peer to Peer Replication
CLR Integration
SQL Service Broker
Spatial Data Types
SSAS, ER Studio, and SQL Table Partitioning
