We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Washington, DC office and sell consulting engagements. The Senior Sales Consultant should have experience selling to C-Level executives with an aptitude for moving prospects through the sales cycle.


 


Responsibilities include:




  • Identifying and developing prospects within multiple industry verticals that are compatible to the government marketplace;


  • Ability to generate own leads through cold-calling, mail merges and tradeshows;


  • Developing a strong rapport with all prospects with an emphasis on relationship management;


  • Developing and managing a strong customer pipeline in order to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals; and


  • Occasional travel as required.

 


 


Successful candidates will posses:




  • An understanding of selling to the federal government;


  • At least three years prior sales experience delivering professional services;


  • Superior communication skills;


  • Solid understanding of the Sales Cycle and an ability to move prospects through to closing;


  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment;


  • Proven track-record in meeting sales quotas; and


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
