Summary
Position Summary:
DS?s Sales Executives represent the company?s products and services to new and current users, to an assigned set of accounts, through management of the sales process and virtual sales team in order to achieve maximum sales, profitability and growth.


Position Responsibilities:
? Market & sell DS products and services to new and current users, based on an assigned set of accounts.
? Understand and present the Dassault Systèmes value proposition across all our key brands specific to the Life Sciences industry.
? Coordinate and execute business value assessment activities with prospective customers.
? Develop and execute detailed sales strategies for multi-billion dollar global Life Sciences companies.
? Build strong revenue pipeline from detailed research, and qualification of customer/prospect needs.
? Work with inside sales team on pipeline development and closing key business transactions.
? Collaborate with supporting departments to develop field marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
? Leverage company resources in an efficient fashion to build, test and execute your sales strategies.
? Collaborates with Solutions Consultants (pre-sales) to uncover our customers complex business needs and deliver detailed product presentations to address those needs.
? Evaluates and summarizes monthly activity and forecast reports for management, identifying successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information or issues and any follow-up action required.
? Keeps abreast of products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends.
? Represent Dassault Systèmes at trade association meetings and major selling events.
? May train or mentor less experienced sales executives.
? Works collaboratively with other DS entities.
? Work in an ethical manner under Dassault Systèmes code of conduct.


Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
This is an experienced, senior-level sales position. Qualified candidates must posses the following:

? BS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent education and/or experience.
? Minimum of seven (7) years? of direct enterprise sales experience in the sale of Supply Chain, MES, PLM, or ERP systems Software systems to end-users in the Fortune 500.
? Relevant industry experience in highly regulated industries such as Life Sciences & Consumer Products.
? Proven stability and history of exceeding software sales quotas in excess of $1.5 million.
? Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques.
? Demonstrated ability to understand and drive complex sales processes.
? A good solution selling background.
? Success at managing large enterprise-wide deals.
? Ability to sell to senior executives and build long term relationships with key champions.
