Senior Sales Representative

Established leader in the precision machined products industry seeks an experienced Sales Representative.  The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  Knowledge of machining processes, the application of technical products to solve customer problems and experience selling to the end users are highly desired.  Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication and commitment to our customers.  Compensation structure includes a base plus liberal commission structure that allows an effective sales person to determine uncapped earnings. This position reports directly to the President.

Essential Qualifications and Duties:

• Five (5) plus years of technical, machined parts sales experience;
• Machining production experience a plus;
• Established contacts in the manufacturing industries highly desirable;
• Ability to create, maintain and execute a successful sales plan;
• Verifiable, successful, outside  sales experience in the same or similar industry;
• Ability to initiate and control sales processes with new clients and expand existing client base of business;
• Proven abilities in generating leads, following up with quotes and closing the sale are essential;
• Communicate customer specifications and requirements to appropriate company staff;
• Create/maintain/update sales support materials and systems (website, brochures, etc.);
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail skills;
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
