Your tasks
Senior Software Developer
This is a hands-on lead software engineering position responsible for the development and management of projects. Ideal Candidate will work closely with the business analyst to develop requirements using RAD methodology. She/he must be able to prioritize issues for resolution and communicate those issues and status to senior management. Candidate must be able to coordinate activities with technical leads/team on design, development and testing activities in a .Net environment, and must have a good understanding of Windows Server, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Reporting Services, SSIS, and Transact SQL.
Must be customer centric and have an understanding of project planning, delivery, and ability to successfully manage the production of technical document and issues.
This position requires the candidate to demonstrate leadership and be able to communicate at multiple levels. Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams is required.
Our requirements
� Bachelor�s degree in related field or equivalent experience
� Demonstrated experience in analyzing, designing, developing and delivering Web
based applications.
� Strong experience required with database design and implementation on SQL
2005 including SQL scripting, stored procedures, triggers, SQL Server Integration
Services, SQL Reporting Services, and the ability to analyze and develop database
structures.
� JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSL and CSS.
� Very good knowledge in WCF and WPF.
� 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Web-based solution
� C-SHARP.NET, VB.NET, XML, Messaging, Web Services, and Visual Source Safe
� Solid understanding of Microsoft IIS server
� Full life cycle experience methodologies (RAD is particular)
� Security (PKI, PGP, Digital Certificates, etc)
� Document management, Content management, Community tools, Portal framework
� Personalization and Commerce technology
� Configuration and Change Management Experience
� Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
� Object Oriented concepts and implementation
� Understanding of Rational Unified Process (RUP), and Unified Model Language (UML)
Desired Skills:
� Familiarity with Healthcare and Financial verticals
� Familiarity with event and component driven applications
