The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Software Platforms:
· Linux 2.4 and 2.6 Kernel Development
· Experience with Solaris, AIX, and/or HPUX is a plus
Software Languages:
· C (Highly Skilled)
· C++
· Perl
· Unix Shell Scripting (bash or ksh)
· x86 Assembler
Software Practices:
· Experience with SCM (Software Configuration Management)
· Perforce, CVS, Subversion, GIT, etc
· Experience with GNU Development Tools
· GCC, Make, GDB, Objdump, GPROF, GCONV, etc
· Experience with Object Oriented Design
· System Administration experience is a plus
Experience:
· 5 years or more as a Software Developer
