Responsibilities:

Work with a cross-functional team to create world-class customer-facing user experiences; develop creative ideas, concepts, and designs and quickly prototype, test and produce high quality customer facing implementations. Design, develop, troubleshoot, implement and debug software for the UI components of customer-facing web front-ends. Refactor and improve existing code.

Required Skills:

Required skills:

- BS Computer Science or equivalent
- Web development experience, with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, AJAX patterns, and especially JavaScript
- Relational database experience, with an ability to investigate and solve performance issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences; ability and desire to talk directly to customers, and properly balance their input into the development of a product
- Strong problem solving skills with a history of taking the lead on software components or independent projects
- Good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software

Desired skills:

- Experience with building applications using Microsoft .NET, IIS, C#, AJAX, and SQL Server
- Experience with major JavaScript libraries such as Prototype, Scriptaculous, jQuery, MooTools, or Dojo
- Experience with Subversion or other source control systems
- Experience with deploying and scaling data-driven web applications and making sure they perform well (both on the server side and the client)
