Founded in June 2000 and based in Bethesda, Maryland, Credible is proven, growing and hiring experienced Software Implementation Managers, Customer Service personnel, Sales staff and analysts.
Overall Responsibility: Manage multiple software implementations, develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers and fellow team members while implementing Credible's software within realistic timelines.
Primary Duties:
- Implement Credible's software with new customers efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Be proactive and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Execute Credible's implementation system including Credible's online tools for data and requirements tracking.
- Assist with the training of new customers' management and staff.
- Represent customers' needs to Credible's senior management as necessary.
- Interface with Credible's Tech Team to resolve issues.
- Test new releases efficiently, thoroughly and per scheduled timelines.
- Ability to listen to customer workflows and needs.
- Convert customer needs and goals into Credible documentation and communicate these needs to Credible's Tech Team.
Required Experience: Software skills Education: Compensation: - References required, background checks possible - 60% Travel required.
