Senior Software QA Engineer

Position Description:
The Senior QA Engineer will work with a team of QA Engineers located in the UK and the Czech Republic to deliver a world-class web-based B2B and B2C application. The Senior QA Engineer role requires a strong understanding of software process, strong leadership skills, proven ability to develop test cases based on written product requirements, an ability to execute test cases on schedule and with a high degree of accuracy, and an ability to work in teams located in different geographies.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ experience writing test cases in HP Quality Center
- 5+ years of hands-on software testing and QA experience
- Excellent understanding of Software Development and QA processes, principles, and techniques
- Experience in testing large, web-based applications
- Experience leading teams of software quality professionals
- Ability to learn quickly
- Adaptability
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Bonus requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft IIS
- Knowledge of the Welsh language
- Experience with UK government software implementations
- Experience testing career-related web sites
- Experience developing automated tests
