Senior Solutions Advisor – Redmond, WA
Position Summary: Primarily responsible for providing customer service consistent with our Easy Sales and Service standards. Serve as the main point of contact for the technology business by demonstrating advanced selling techniques and overseeing operational processes and procedures. Provide peer coaching to ensure profitable sales and customer satisfaction. General Purpose: Customer Service, Total Solution Selling Role Qualifications: - Must exhibit highly effective Easy Sales and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates and management
- Demonstrate the ability to lead train and peer coach
- Able to work a flexible schedule
Position Responsibilities: - Deliver Easy Sales and Service guiding customer through both basic and complex technology purchases
- Determine and demonstrate understanding of customers’ needs
- Develop and sell a Total Solution to address customers’ immediate and ongoing technology services needs
- Provide peer coaching and training on selling skills and new technologies
- Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean work area
- Ensure profitable sales and achievement of goals
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Stay up to date on industry and technology product information by completing training modules
- Perform other related duties as assigned
