Position Description
Provides functional expertise through the account lifecycle from Sales to Implementation by leading the requirements gathering and analysis efforts to design and develop the solution “blueprint” for new MSP accounts. The decisions of the Senior Solution Architect have a major impact on the ability for the MSP to deliver a scalable, standard and profitable solution. The Senior Solution Architect will also play a key role in developing and delivering key value-add services to existing MSP clients in the areas of consultative solution offerings outside of or in support of our core service offerings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Solution Design
• Interprets strategic business direction, defining the overall business processes and model for the suite of MSP service offerings
• Facilitates the process to articulate a more effective and efficient solution recommendation incorporating Adecco best practices and leading industry trends to meet the client-specific objectives
• Develop solutions that further integrate and are deeply intertwined with the client's business objectives.
Discovers Client Needs
• Demonstrates expertise of both staffing and recruiting through the process of helping clients identify their own needs
• Understands the overall strategic direction and vision of the client's business.
• Executes the in-depth due diligence phase of an engagement to understand current & future objectives and goals and develops the specific solution
Solution Optimization
• Assists business development in the initial discovery phase of the client opportunity providing a consistent methodology and tools to develop the initial value proposition
• Provides support as a Solution SME in RFP/Proposal responses, presentations and pricing the MSP offering for a specific prospect and/or client
• Learns about new technologies, services and products that can facilitate or optimize either the staffing or recruitment process.
Thought Leadership and Subject Matter Expert
• Maintain knowledgebase of VMS tools and best practices and apply to Adecco’s solutions
• Works to standardize and optimize database of RFP questions and responses.
• Acts as a guide to the accounts implementation team assisting in fully designing the solution and as an SME during Implementation
Position Requirements
• Strongly prefer a thorough knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS).
• Strong client solutions implementation experience.
• Prefer prior experience preparing RFP’s.
• Strong full-cycle account management skills.
• Prefer prior experience working with the sales team to develop client solutions.
