CAPREIT, a national real estate investment and management company, based in Rockville, is seeking bright individuals with strong analytical skills and financial reporting experience to compliment its current accounting and finance team.

These positions will work directly with the Vice President of Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities include providing executives with information necessary for oversight of the Company’s accounting & finance functions. Areas of concentration include: preparation of financial reports and lender submissions, participation in company audits and tax filings, calculation of cash distributions to investors and mezzanine lenders, and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Position Requirements: BS/BA in Accounting, a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with Big 6/large national CPA firm experience, CPA preferred, experience developing detailed analyses of operating information, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
