Senior Statistician, Sales and Marketing Intelligence


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline

  • Expert knowledge of SPSS (preferred) or SAS

  • 6+ years modeling/analysis experience for a company or analytical agency (preferably B2B)

  • Profiency in Microsoft Office Suite

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of statistically derived models of customer behavior to drive marketing and sales management decisions. Oversee and coordinate analytical tasks  which include evaluation of business problem, selection of appropriate methodology and predictive data elements, estimation and operationalization of modeling insights), as well as documentation and presentation of findings and recommendations

  • Lead the efforts on Customer Segmentation/CVM Process Strategy

  • Provide extensive statistical-research of marketing efforts to track profitability

  • Strong Marketing insight/intuition to help make actionable recommendations and hypotheses based on customer behavior

  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures.  When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management.  Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BIVI's excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally
