N-Tier Solutions is presently recruiting for a Senior Storage Operations Consultant with EMC/Legato/SAN/and NetApps experience for a 3 month + contract with one of our direct clients, a Fortune 10 Insurance Company with offices in Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
Provide operational support of the EMC/Legato/SAN/NetApps environments including on-call responsibilties. Position requires knowledge of the EMC/Legato/SAN/NetApps product set including all of the following tasks: provisioning backup schedules, upgrades, patches, working knowledge of WinTel platforms. Must be able to troubleshoot Level 3 problems, provisioning SAN allocations, deprovisioning SAN allocations. Legato LCNA/LCNS required. EMC Certification or NetApps Certification.


his position will require off hours work and weekend work to perform SAN storage allocations and on-call duties. Certification of EMC DMX highly preferred. Experience with SAN Switches for McData director class hardware higly preferred. Certification for HDS, NetAPPs would be a plus
