Qualifications:

Seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar and related discipline with at least 5 years of directly related experience.   Proficient with Windows Server 2003 with strong troubleshooting skills of network configurations, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Disk imaging, backups, security, and systems security, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAN, LAN, VLAN.  Previous DoD experience. Familiarity w/ Oracle and MySQL databases.  Ability to manage Apache web servers/applications.  Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in system administration.  Certifications in MSCE, CCNA, CCNP, Security+.  Secret Security Clearance preferable or a minimum ability to obtain after employment.

Responsibilities:

Provides technical support for our government customer in support of various projects to include software installation, systems engineering and network security to ensure compliance with all government Information Assurance policies.  Performs system administration duties supporting PME-EX LAN/WAN environment to include business applications, install, configure, maintain network services and appliances. Manage network performance and system backups and recovery. .
