About the Job
The Senior Systems Analyst will serve the lead in planning, testing, and configuration of application supporting all the clients business systems.The individual will interface with business partners to provide direct support and ensure consistent application of defined processes as supported by the system. The Senior Systems Analyst will liaise with the development and technology teams in support of the above responsibilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations is critical.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following skills:
· Familiar with the use of object-oriented programming languages, as well as client/server applications development processes and multimedia and Internet technology.
· Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.
· Possess consulting skills to work with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
· Capable of analyzing information processes or computation needs to plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering.
· Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
· Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
· Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
· Supervise computer programmers or other systems analysts or serve as project leaders for particular systems projects.
· Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
· Have a full understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology is a MAJOR plus.
· Experience with requirements eliciation techniques such as focus groups, one-on-one interviews, document analysis, group interviews, brainstorm session facilitation is helpful.
