Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is searching for a Senior Systems Analyst to provide technical leadership for the systems supported by their team. Will develop solutions and specifications for technical problems and install, and support 3rd party applications required for business use. Will also develop, install, and support locally written tools and scripts as required.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, programming, Engineering, or equivalent experience in technical environment.
o 5 years of experience including at least 3 or more years experience in technical system analysis and support.
o Experience managing and supporting applications in a Windows server environment required. Experience with Host based (HP UNIX preferred) systems preferred.
o Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
o Experience with Microsoft Project software.
