Develop state-of-the-art GIS applications and demonstrations in support of a wide variety of projects using ArcGIS technology. This is an exciting opportunity to promote and facilitate delivery of ESRI geospatial technologies into enterprise information systems.

The Team:
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the company to help our customers discover the right geospatial solution. Team members use their passion for technology and GIS knowledge to be an active participant in the sales cycle and demonstrate the value of GIS to solve real problems. In addition to in-depth functional experience with GIS software, the team has a strong understanding of geospatial technology and knowledge of database design and technologies, networking, and application development environments.


Responsibilities
Define and document enterprise GIS solutions based on ESRI technology.
Work closely with customers and contractors to define system specifications, concept of operations, and systems architecture.
Provide architectural leadership for the design, development, performance, and integration/testing of COTS-based software in an enterprise environment.
Interpret functional requirements and develop technical design specifications including process and application workflows, data models, entity relationship diagrams, application prototypes, and deployment.
Create and present complex GIS technical strategies to all levels of customer organizations.
Develop and support business relationships with systems integrators and related ESRI customers.


Requirements
Bachelors or masters in computer science, software engineering, GIS, or related field.
Ten or more years of professional experience including at least seven years working with large IT system design, development, and implementation.
Experience with defense or intelligence programs.
Experience with geospatial exploitation techniques and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
U.S. citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance


Recommended Qualifications
Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software.
