Responsibilities/Duties
Provide Level 2//3 technical software support for customer system issues.
Given the number of systems deployed and the additional launch of wireless products, as well as request from additional third party WAN suppliers, we need to establish a support team for system technical issues. This team would support the Project Delivery team on technical issues requiring a detailed analysis. Support requests are expected to increase with the launch of all of the new products.
