About the Position:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Information Systems Administrator to join our team of professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Recommend IT policies and procedures to increase productivity
· Maintain awareness of new technology, equipment and software, providing recommendations for enhancements as needed
· Install, support and maintain servers, computer systems and software
· Ensure security of all systems
· Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper support of the IT function
· Respond to inquiries and solve problems pertaining to IT, including Help Desk ticket resolution
· Perform routine audits of systems and software
· Perform regular system backups
· Add, remove and update user account information as needed
· Provide appropriate training to users, i.e., network use and software skills
· Manage email and phone system
· Maintain hardware and software inventories
· Perform company website maintenance and updates
· Participate in company Disaster Recovery and Business Continuation plan and testing
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; Associates degree required
· MCSE certification; MCNE certification a plus
· Web programming capabilities and knowledge a plus

This position is located in Greensboro, NC. Greensboro offers scenic beauty, outdoor recreation and a variety of activities.
