Senior Tax Accountant
 
Corporate office seeking 3-5 years of tax compliance experience preferably with a major corporation.  Must have strong knowledge of tax return preparation and accounting.  Will prepare and file the Federal and Multi-State Income Tax Returns, including the proper reporting of tax disclosures and reportable transactions.  Should be familiar with the consolidated income tax regulations and the filing of consolidated, combined, unitary, LLC and partnership returns.  Will perform research, prepare Form 5471 and keep tax calendar.  BS Accounting and CPA strongly preferred.  Must be proficient with Excel. $65-70K DOE
