These are estimated 4-6 month contract positions, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Raleigh, NC. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.

Requirements:

Required Skills for this Senior Technical Developer/Analyst position include the following:

• Must have at least 7-10 years of experience working with custom Application Development, with a heavy emphasis on Oracle Architecture, Design and Development
  
• Must possess excellent technical skills and demonstrated ability to follow Best Practice SDLC methodology
  
• Should also be knowledgeable of and have experience working with large-scale Financial applications in large-scale organizations
  
• Must have an analytical, logical thought process for developing project solutions and resolution to issues
  
• Technical skills should include:




• Strong Oracle
  
• PL/SQL
  
• Database Administration
  
• DataWarehousing
  
• Business Intelligence
  
• UNIX




• Excellent oral and written communication skills mandatory
  
• Technical certifications and advanced degrees preferred
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• At least five (5) years of solid Oracle development experience
  
• Experience developing and supporting large scale financial applications
  
• Outstanding customer service ability
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Reliable, punctual, quick-study, problem-solver
  
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace
