Senior Technical Support Engineer-strong Oracle!
The Technical Support Consultant will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and answering customer questions. The ideal candidate will come from a software vendor with a strong Financial/Banking background. This individual needs to be knowledgeable in Oracle, ideally would know the products from competition such as SAP. The position is based out of Boston but the first few weeks will be spent in Luxembourg. The position will require about 20% travel.
Required Skills;
-Strong Oracle from a Technical Support standpoint -Experience working directly with clients -Excellent communication skills -Ability to interact in team environment -Experience in the Financial/Banking world
