Senior Trader Support Specialist

The Senior Trader Support Specialist responsibilities include on-site customer visits to train customers on Fidessa products as well as assist customers with user interface questions. Excellent communication skills are required, as the senior trader specialist will interact with customers on-site and via telephone/e E-mail. Additional responsibilities include monitoring customer support calls to ensure quality, attending business workshops to gain an understanding of our business, answer support calls from our customers and submit log entries for customer calls. This will role will require frequent on-site visits and some travel may be required (less than 30%).
