Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for development and delivery of training in support of the NERC Compliance and Continuing Education Essential Job Function: Conduct on-going evaluation and assessment of existing training to ensure participants’ needs are being met. Work with other business areas to facilitate staff development, provide training assistance and resolve training issues. Analyze findings from training program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement. Assist in development of training strategies. Compliance with all processes, procedures, and standards
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Education, or related technical field required. NERC System Operator Certification preferred.
Experience: Ten years in an electric industry-related leadership or training role. Five years experience in an operations or market environment. Three years training experience required.
