Bestica, nation's leading User Experience staffing firm is seeking Principle User Experience Designers in the Seattle, WA area to design and prototype our client’s next prominent, groundbreaking and fast developing mobile and digital products.  Many of our client’s applications run on a wide variety of mobile platforms including WebOS, Windows Mobile, iPhone, Blackberry and Android.

As a passionate Principle User Experience Designer, you will define and build applications and products and developing world class consumer experiences in a fast-paced, agile, work environment that has a startup vibe.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 10 plus years as an Interactive Designer or UX designer with proficiency in Visual Design and Information Architecture

• 4 plus years with web, mobile and consumer electronics products to be marketed world-wide. Working knowledge of hand-held consumer electronic products a plus

• 1 plus years of experience as a UX Lead or UX Senior creative contributor

• Bachelor’s Degree required (degree in design or related field preferred)

• Strong UX skill sets including strategy, information architecture, and visual design

• A well-versed set of core values regarding UX, technology and business communication

• Excellent presentation skills

•  Proficient in the English language and with a proven record of presenting to and influencing upper management

A few Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of agile/scrum

• Highly skilled in designing mobile web or on-device mobile applications

• Experience designing cloud technology and speech recognition devices
