This position will work as part of a team. The employee will work with established methods, practices, procedures, and policies based on written or oral instruction. Ability to function well in both team and independent work environment. Ability to learn and apply complex languages and programs. Interpersonal skills and good oral/written communication. Highly desirable development skills/languages: Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL, Business Objects, and/or Crystal Reports.

This developer/programmer/analyst must have the following experience, skills, and expertise:

·         Work as a member of a team comprised of other programmer/analysts and user analysts.

·         Design computer automation solutions to create/modify systems that will efficiently respond to the entities, tasks and processes defined during the analysis phase.

·         Write computer code using the most appropriate language for the application, working from approved specifications.

·         Test and debug computer code using different techniques based on system complexity.

·         Develop/modify documentation to accurately define system capabilities/uses.

·         Attend meetings for purposes of system development and/or maintenance.

·         Must have 3 years recent experience coding in Visual Basic 6

·         Must have 3 years recent experience using Oracle databases

·         Must have 3 years recent experience coding with SQL and PL/SQL

·         Highly desirable experience with Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports

·         Must have a proven track record of delivering code in required project timeframes
