Preservation Housing Management, LLC (PHM) the property management affiliate of Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH) is seeking a Senior VP Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be based in the Boston area.

POAH is a leading national non-profit organization with a mission to preserve at-risk multifamily housing developments.  PHM, with property management operations in 9 states and the District of Columbia manages the POAH portfolio of affordable housing developments which feature a variety of sophisticated housing programs and resident services.

We are seeking a highly seasoned and capable property management professional with significant experience and expert knowledge of HUD multifamily programs, tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing and other affordable housing programs.  PHM is a company with extensive resources and talent which utilizes Yardi Software and the COO will need to be an exceptionally capable hands-on leader.  PHM has satellite operations in Kansas City, Miami, Providence and Chicago.

Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment in the multi-family sector and the ability to multi-task assignments while providing sound leadership to a highly accomplished team of professional Regional Property Supervisors.  This is a very challenging, yet rewarding position involving regular travel and requiring significant personal commitment to this high-growth organization.  This is a senior level position with an excellent compensation and benefits program.  Position reports to the PHM President.  POAH and PHM are equal opportunity employers.
