Not-for-profit company seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to manage a team which has responsibility for the accounting and control operations, financial projections, board reports, treasury functions and information technology .

The SVP of Finance is responsible for establishing, coordinating, & maintaining an integrated plan for the control of operations with regards to budgets, forecasts, & fund management. The position is responsible for the management of all general accounting and budgeting activities including: monthly consolidated financial statements, financial forecasting, balance sheets, budget preparation and management, board reports, government regulatory reports, tax planning, internal controls, continuous cash management and investments, material pass through third party payments, as well the managerial oversight of information technology.

This senior management-level candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (graduate degree in Business or Finance preferred), have at least 7 yrs experience in financial management and planning (non-profit preferred) with increasing multi-faceted responsibilities and have a history of strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
