WPS Health Insurance is one of the largest not-for-profit insurers in Wisconsin, offering health benefit plans and life insurance statewide, and is a leader in innovative health plan solution.  We have an opening for a Senior Voice Telecommunications Technician to provide in-depth technical voice telecommunications support; provide innovative solutions for integrating designs for new business applications; implement new voice systems across the WPS network.

Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field; OR equivalent post high school education and/or work experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in a complex multi-node voice environment as a hands-on technician, with progressively responsible experience is required.  Proficiency with Nortel CS1000, Call Pilot and Enterprise Contact Center operations is preferred.  Position will also provide support for digital call recording, workforce management, IVR systems and voice/data integration tools.  VoIP certification a plus.
