Yardley, PA - We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to join our animal health team for Vetlearn.com, which is part of MediMedia Animal Health. As a member of our creative team, the Senior Web Designer will produce a wide range of electronic products: websites, landing pages, online newsletters, emails, and more.
We are a qualified candidate who can handle all aspects of site design from creative concept, layout, and mockups to coding. Candidate must also be skilled in implementing user interfaces.
The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for creating complete websites as well as static HTML and CSS. That means this position will see a variety of interesting challenges!
Position Requirements:
' Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in professional Web design.
' High-level abilities using current web standards such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as jQuery, Dot Net Nuke and XML.
' Must be able to write and hand-code original HTML and CSS as well as troubleshoot code supplied by vendors and others.
' Proven experience in site design, layout, art selection, and cross-browser coding.
' A solid background in Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat and Dreamweaver with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
' Knowledge of current Internet standards and limitations including layout, navigation, browser compatibility, usability and accessibility.
' The ability to work quickly, creatively, and accurately, and to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, team environment.
' Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
