Develops, maintains and supports internet and/or intranet web pages and sites using current internet and scripting languages and web authoring tools. Ensures web pages are functional across different browser types. Integrates text, video, sound and artwork. Tests and implements web programs. May coordinate content updates to be posted to web site Performs under minimal supervision on significantly complex web development assignments.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience required. Ideal skills include: Excellent knowledge of web-related programming and systems analysis procedures. Good communication and project management skills.
Technical qualifications for this position
A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience with each of the following is required:
* Visual Basic 6
* Windows COM+
* Classic ASP
* IIS 6
A minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience with each of the following is preferred:
* SQL Server 2005
* Python
* SQL
* Java Web-based application development
* Oracle 10g, 11g
Prior experience with each of the following is a plus:
* HTML
* AJAX
* Inno Setup
* JavaScript
* VBScript
* Windows 2003
