As a Senior WebSphere Administrator, you will support and maintain web and application services in a distributed environment. You will be responsible for problem resolution, performance tuning and analysis, proactive problem prevention, detection, circumvention and resolution to root cause. You will also provide application of software patches as well as release and version upgrades of operating systems and associated software to maintain currency and enhance reliability and supportability. You will also handle system security, integration, analysis, architecture and network support.  You will provide technical leadership on all services listed above.

• Minimum of three years of Senior Web Administration experience including performance analysis and tuning


• Very strong WebSphere Expertise


• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills


• Strong knowledge of hardware and software configurations, including clustering technologies, complex storage technologies and multi-domain systems


• System security, integration, analysis, architecture and support skills


• Technical Lead Experience


• Unix experience
