We are currently seeking a Server Administrator for our corporate headquarters in Spartanburg.

• Assists in developing new processes and procedures.
• Under little supervision, performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing server/backup/disk systems.
• Works on complex applications.
• Confers with end users to determine types of hardware and software required.
• Installs new hardware/software and maintains existing hardware/software.
• Works in conjunction with the Call Center to resolve problems on a first call basis.
• Maintains accurate asset records.
• Maintains records of repairs in problem tracking tool.
• Maintains list of common problems and troubleshooting steps and distributes to Call Center as warranted.
• Communicates with supervisors and managers on software, hardware, and end user issues that can not be resolved in a timely manner.
