We are looking for outgoing and dynamic Servers to become part of our team at The Mather, our new continuing care retirement community opening in October 2009!  Servers will be responsible for ensuring an extraordinary experience for residents, customers, guests, and associates, with exceptional food and beverage service.

Required: Excellent interaction and communication skills.

Preferred: Prior service experience in a dining environment.
